Terms of Service
General
♥ I reserve the right to refuse commissions to anyone for any reason.
♥ I will not accept commissions from anyone that has bigoted views. I will not draw anything that supports bigoted views. Examples of this include homophobia, racism, transphobia, and fatphobia.
♥ I reserve the right to charge more than the amounts listed for commissions with extra complexity, determined at the time of initial payment.
♥ I will only accept commissions from those who are 13 years of age or older.
♥ By asking for a commission, you agree to my Terms of Service and will be held accountable to them.
♥ Breaking my Terms of Service will result in you being blacklisted from future commissions.
Payment Process
♥ Payment in full will be taken upfront before work on the commission is started. I do not accept split payment (half before, half after).
♥ I accept monetary payment through Paypal only. Do not pay via the Friends and Family option, as this goes against Paypal's TOS.
♥ I will only refund the commission under two circumstances: if you change your mind before the work has begun, or if I need to cancel it myself. No refunds will be given otherwise.
♥ In the case that a refund is needed, you will receive a full refund.
Creation Process
♥ Please send me references of the character you would like me to draw, whether they be an OC or a canon character. If you want an alternate outfit, send me references of the outfit you would like, too. Pose references are optional, but highly encouraged.
♥ I will send you WIPs throughout the art process for digital illustrations. For icons/reaction images and traditional illustrations, you may not receive a WIP.
♥ When I send you a WIP, you must approve it before I can work on it further. Please be sure to communicate with me!
♥ You may request one major change before I start coloring free of charge. Any major changes after I start coloring will not be accepted.
♥ The turnover time for commissions can vary from a few hours to three weeks. I will notify you if I need more time.
Credit/Usage Policy
♥ You may print, repost, and use my art for personal, non-profit use with credit only if you are the original commissioner.
♥ Any attempts to use my art for your monetary gain is not allowed (i.e. for merchandise, prints, etc.) without my explicit written permission.
♥ I maintain the right to use art you commission from me for my own use in portfolios, promotional material, and the like.
♥ You may not use any of my work with any kind of blockchain or AI generation technology, including for cryptocurrency, NFTs, or any future developments in these fields.
♥ You may not use art commissioned from me if you are not the original buyer unless otherwise specified. This includes edits, icons, headers, and animations. You may not repost art commissioned from me in any way unless you are the original commissioner.
Limited Time Sale/Special Deal Policy
♥ Any purchases taking advantage of deals I offer will, in the rare case that I need to cancel a commission, be refunded at the sale price.
♥ BOGO deals apply to the lowest cost item(s) in the sale.
♥ Percentage discounts will be rounded up to the nearest dollar when necessary.
♥ Sale prices are non-negotiable by the buyer.

Size Info
Busts are from the shoulders up.
Halfbodies are from the waist up.
3/4ths are from the knees up.
Fullbodies show the entire character.Prices may either increase or decrease depending on the overall complexity of the piece requested at the time of payment.Size range varies depending on the complexity, but all pieces will be at 300 dpi.
Add-On Info
Additional characters add 75% each from the original cost of the first character, rounded up to the nearest dollar (up to 3 characters can be included in one piece).
Props will usually cost +$5-$10 depending on the complexity, but may cost more than that if required. Please send a reference of the prop you would like.
Simple scenery backgrounds will cost at minimum $10 extra. Complex scenery backgrounds will cost at minimum $20 extra.
Gradients, solid colors, and simple patterns (anything that can easily be done in Clip Studio Paint with default brushes or tools) are free.
Additional effects that don't fall into any of the above categories can vary in price or be free. Ask me!
Icons
Static Icons
Size is 500x500 px at 300dpi unless otherwise specified. An additional 100 px can be added to width and height for $2 each.
Base price is $18, with +$3 for basic shading or +$5 for blended shading.
Simple backgrounds are free (solid colors, gradients, anything in CSP that can easily be done with default brushes or tools). I do not do simple scenery backgrounds for this type of commission.
